Terms of service

Last updated: 2 June 2026

1. Provider & Scope

These Terms of Service govern all orders placed via this online store, operated by Pergor Atelier, Alemannensteige 6, 79117 Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany (contact: watch@pergor-atelier.com). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Contract, Prices & Payment

The presentation of products is an invitation to order. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order. All prices are in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable. Payment is due at checkout via the offered payment methods.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Each timepiece is prepared with care. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. Risk passes to you (as a consumer) upon delivery.

4. Right of Withdrawal — 14 Days

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you (or a third party named by you) take possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, inform us (watch@pergor-atelier.com) of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement (e.g. e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your communication before the period expires.

Effects of withdrawal: we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed. You must send back the goods without undue delay and within 14 days. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Model withdrawal form — To Pergor Atelier, Alemannensteige 6, 79117 Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany, watch@pergor-atelier.com: I/we hereby give notice that I/we withdraw from my/our contract of sale of the following goods (___), ordered on (___) / received on (___), name of consumer (___), address (___), date (___).

5. Statutory Warranty & Pergor Guarantee

Your statutory warranty rights (EU/German law: 2-year liability for defects with free remedy/replacement) apply in full and are not limited by these terms.

In addition, Pergor grants a voluntary guarantee: in the event of a verified production-related defect (material or manufacturing fault), within 24 months of receipt, after returning the defective watch you may obtain a new watch at our cost price. This voluntary guarantee is offered on top of — and does not replace or limit — your mandatory statutory rights.

6. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under mandatory law. Otherwise liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.

7. Dispute Resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

8. Final Provisions

German law applies; mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder stays in force.
