FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Are Pergor watches automatic or quartz?

Every Pergor Atelier watch is a genuine automatic (mechanical) timepiece. It is powered by the motion of your wrist through a self-winding movement, so no battery is required.

What movement is inside a Pergor watch?

All of our watches use the Seiko NH35 automatic movement, a workhorse calibre known for its reliability. It self-winds, can be hand-wound, hacks (the seconds hand stops when you set the time) and offers roughly 41 hours of power reserve.

What case sizes are available?

Most models are offered with a 36 mm and a 39 mm stainless-steel case. The 36 mm wears as a balanced, unisex size, while the 39 mm gives a slightly fuller presence on the wrist.

Are Pergor watches water resistant?

Our watches carry a 3 ATM (30 m) rating. That comfortably handles rain, splashes and hand-washing, but they are not designed for swimming, showering or diving.

What crystal and finishing do you use?

Each watch is fitted with a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, and the hands and indices are treated with Super-LumiNova for clear legibility in low light.

Do you ship worldwide, and what does shipping cost?

Yes. We offer free shipping worldwide on every order, with no minimum order value.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within about 5-10 business days, depending on your location.

What is your return policy?

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on unworn watches in their original condition. The full conditions are set out in our Terms of Service.

Is there a warranty?

Your statutory warranty rights always apply. In addition, Pergor Atelier offers a voluntary guarantee against production-related defects - please see our Terms of Service for the exact conditions.
